We started our beverage program with the aim of providing a unique cocktail experience which Hyderabad had never seen before. Making all syrups, shrubs, purees, tinctures, cordials, liqueurs and bitters in house and crafting cocktails with local ingredients to make them as sustainable as possible, With the theme of sanctuary we dedicated all our cocktails in the names of Birds. Creating special menus for brunches and guests special occasions with a personal touch to make the guest’s experiences better.
