The name comes from a Tuscan town in Italy , named Sorano, known for its landscapes, history and artistic legacy. Sorano aims to recreate the Italian art of slow living. A space which encourages you to stop to chat, grab an espresso or lounge back to enjoy a glass of wine or a refreshing cocktail along with our Italian fare.

Our head mixologist creates a multi sensorial experience with his techniques of sous vide, slow cooking, infusing & dehydrating to develop the perfect balance of flavours. Every sip is accentuated with inviting aromas, soothing hues, exciting sounds of mixing and intoxicating textures.
