Navjot has had a long career as a bartender, including a stint at Novele at the Shangri La, where he trained with Luca Cinalli. He’s truly come into his own at Lair though, and in the few times that I’ve been there, the passion and enthusiasm that he has for his craft comes through in every word he speaks. We know him also as the Bald Bartender and a true role model for other bartenders, not just for his skills, but also for his devotion to fitness.
