This is a  bar that has had a rechristening from  the time it was featured on our list for the first time in 2021. Though as they say, they’re still playing the music they like, and still dancing to their tunes!

Pablo’s cocktail menu changes often depending on the fresh local produce available. However, there are some mainstays available all year round,  like the passion fruit Paloma and the Kokum Curry Leaf. If ever you’re in the mood for an Elon Musk, then this is where to go.
