Pandan Club, a Peranakan restaurant helmed by Chef Sashi Chelliah of MasterChefAustralia fame, launched in Chennai in December 2022. Over the last two years, co-founder Manoj Padmanabhan worked on their non-alcoholic menu, creating a line of craft drinks as they waited for their alcohol license to come through.
With a desire to break away from serving their clients with “Virgin” versions of cocktails and introduce them to thoughtfully crafted alcohol-free drinks, Pandan Club started working on the Zero-ABV bar program.

Pandan’s Specialty Craft Drinks selection pays homage to the rich culinary heritage by spotlighting traditional & locally cherished ingredients. From the aromatic pandan leaf to the refreshing sugarcane, the zesty lemongrass to the tangy amla, the fragrant holy basil to the creamy coconut, & the zingy Kaffir lime and leaves to delicate dried rose petals, each element is thoughtfully integrated into their beverages. With the addition of exotic flavours like yuzu, galangal, & the gula melaka, they curate a contemporary twist on beloved classic flavours.
