The Polo Lounge started in an era when bars outside of 5-star hotels were virtually non-existent in Delhi. Not only did it serve some of the finest cocktails in the capital in an ambiance that was warm and classy, it also proved to be the training ground for some of the country’s finest bartenders, including the legendary Yangdup Lama.
