The team at Belvedere vodka shares cocktail recipes that are just right for the rainy season.

The Polish Belvedere is a top-shelf rye vodka that can lend itself to a smooth and satisfying cocktail. Here are a few you can sip and savour as cool-weather sundowners or night caps.

Belvedere Sun & Earth

What to expect: A bright and thirst quenching citrus-forward cocktail, with underlying hints of aromatic sweetness, bolstered by the bold, earthy profile of Belvedere Smogory Forest.
What you need: 45 ml Belvedere Smogory Forest, 15 ml grapefruit juice, 15 ml honey water 1:1 solution, 7.5 ml fresh lemon juice, lavender sprig for garnish.
How to make it: Add all ingredients to shaker over cubed ice and shake vigorously. Strain cocktail into a highball over cubed ice. Garnish.

 

Belvedere Sunset Rose Martini

What to expect: A delightfully light martini with hints of floral rose and stone fruits highlighting the unique characteristics of Belvedere Lake Bartezek.
What you need: 45 ml Belvedere Lake Bartezek, 7.5 ml Lillet Rose, a dash of Crème de Peche, one lemon coin for garnish.
How to make it: Add all ingredients to mixing glass over cubed ice and stir. Fine strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish cocktail before serving.

 

Belvedere Heritage 176 Hot Cacao

What to expect: A delicate balance of almond milk, maple syrup, cacao, and winter spices combined to bring out the deliciously nuanced hints of nuttiness and sweet spice found in Belvedere Heritage 176.
What you need: 30 ml Belvedere Heritage 176, 150 ml almond milk, 25 ml maple syrup, one tsp raw cacao powder, one pinch powdered cinnamon, one small pinch salt, one drop vanilla extract, one pinch grated white chocolate to garnish.
How to make it: Combine all ingredients in Nespresso steamer/milk jug and steam until warmed through. Pour into toddy glass and garnish with grated white chocolate.

Belvedere Pure Hot Celebration

What to expect: Classic rye characteristics and the creamy mouthfeel of Belvedere Pure are perfectly paired with floral honey, rich cacao, and warm spices, to create a sipper that’s perfect for cold weather.
What you need: 30 ml Belvedere Pure, 120 ml oat milk, 15 ml honey water 1:1 solution, two tablespoons raw cacao powder, one pinch powdered cinnamon, 60 ml coconut cream, grated nutmeg to garnish.
How to make it: Add the first five ingredients to a Nespresso steamer/milk jug and steam to combine until warmed through. Pour warm mixture into a teacup. Shake coconut cream to aerate and layer on top of drink. Garnish with nutmeg.
