1)How did your bars survive the lockdown?

We did a bunch of things. We did daily training sessions. The industry came together and conducted many sessions with our team. We created premixes for our delivery menu, which were a hit. We conducted cocktail workshops,  sold bar-kits online and did trivia nights. We created new cocktail menus for both our bars. We were extremely busy overall!

2) How long do you think before things get to normal?

At least 6 months, or more. It will also depend on the vaccine status. Till the time the pandemic is here, we won’t get back to normal.

3) What is your strategy going forward?

The idea is to stay afloat. We have been working on new product launches, and product development with liquor brands. We launched our YouTube channel, – Three Barstools. The idea is to spread the good word on Cocktails, and alcohol in general.
