You’ve enjoyed her street-style tacos and handcrafted margaritas. Now, it’s time to turn up the heat with her smokin’ hot Slow Smoked BBQ Wednesdays.
This weekly fiesta involves seven special dishes and five curated cocktails served to just 24 lucky guests. The by-reservation-only soirée lets you binge on dishes such as chipotle-grilled portobello and squash, tangy adobo-spiced pollo asada, hickory-smoked pulled lamb, slow-smoked beef brisket, habanero beef and smoked bone marrow, el Pastor-style smoky pork chops, and habanero-spiced smoked baby back ribs.
All done in a coal-fired barbecue oven that adds the perfect smoky touch to every ingredient. Five delectable sides — baked mac & cheese, roast jalapeño and root vegetables, avocado and smoked tomato salad, fajita spice-dusted grilled pineapple, and BBQ corn ribs — are sure to send you home super satisfied.
The BBQ menu is paired with five fab cocktails that are sure to get you in the mood for mucho fun and maybe even a Mexican wave!
The Grogurita is an opulent drink crafted from the finest tequila, fresh basil leaves, the elegance of triple sec, and a splash of invigorating lime juice, all harmonising with the essence of Mandalorian agave. A refined elixir for the most discerning of palates, says Miss Margarita.
The Pineapple Ginger Jalapeño Margarita is crafted with finesse, combining the smooth allure of tequila with the vibrant notes of fresh pineapple, a hint of invigorating ginger, the subtle warmth of jalapeño, the sophistication of triple sec, and the zesty embrace of lime. A symphony of flavours that dances on the palate. Bailaremos, smiles Margarita.
Spice-infused tequila and fresh lime, elegantly intertwined with a touch of simple syrup, delicious strawberries, and the silky embrace of egg whites. All this, heady with the fragrance of delicate kaffir lime leaves, results in a libation named Spiced Tequila and Kaffir Sour. Just right for the luxe Vagator vibe, she adds.
Her Paloma artfully combines premium tequila with the effervescence of ginger ale, the bright essence of bittersweet grapefruit juice, a touch of agave nectar, and the zesty notes of lime.
The Spiced Michelada blends the unimaginable — the finest lager beer and premium tequila with the tomato juice and zesty lime — and then ‘elevates’ it with a touch of everyone’s fave ‘Maggi’ spice and a tantalising hint of hot sauce. The celery garnish adds to the punchy flavours, almost as bold as Miss Margarita herself.
